2010 Calumet Cty Walleye Tournament Entry Form

This year we are doing something new. We will be collecting new toys for “River of Hope”. Anyone willing to donate to the River Of Hope would be greatly appreciated.

Please bring a new toy donation to the Calumet County Walleye Fishing Tournament and you will receive a ticket for each new toy donated. Tickets will be randomly picked for prizes.

The Calumet County Law Enforcement Fishing Tournament

has joined forces to help River of Hope.
River of Hope was started in memory of Riviera Konen who is the daughter of Todd Konen, one of the Correctional Officer at Calumet County. “River of Hope” collects gifts for the children at the American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison. River of Hope’s mission is to keep Riviera’s memory alive and to continue to offer hope for all children who are fighting for their lives. It is Riviera’s legacy to bring smiles to children’s faces as much as she brought to everyone around her. Last year we delivered over 1,800 gifts to Oncology, Pediatric ICU, Day Treatment, Sedation Clinic, and the Child Life Program.

Hand Held Games, Kohls Cares for Kids stuffed animals and book sets.

New Treasure Box items: Matchbox cars, Barbies, My Little Ponies, Crayons, Coloring books, Play Dough, Littlest Pet Shop, rattles, iTunes gift cards, balls
